BOOKING POLICY

Deposit - $200 plus GST = $225. A non refundable deposit is payable to secure your booking. Payment of the deposit is seen as acceptance of the terms included on the Confirmation, and our Hire Terms.

PLEASE NOTE THAT we reserve the right to replace this tour with another one of CAT's charters should conditions be unsuitable on the day. We will discuss a wet weather alternative option with you when you make your booking.

The final payment is due on the day of travel.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your deposit is non refundable. Catering and other contractors or services which are required for your tour are your responsibility if you choose to cancel. CAT will pass on costs incurred.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a Tour, passengers will receive a FULL refund (including deposit). We require full contact details, including your accommodation while in Wellington and date of arrival, so that we can contact you if necessary.
